The creation of this page is extremely ambitious, as it assumes that (1) we will be successful with our first “flip,” (2) we will not kill each other in the process; and (3) we will want to do this again. I am hoping that this page will keep us going, and help to repress any heat-of-the-renovation-moment homicidal urges.
